These terms govern your use of Farkad. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

What Farkad does

Farkad records what you say and turns it into structured entries across 7 health and habit pillars. Extraction is performed by an automated model and is not always correct — every extracted field is editable, and reviewing what was recorded is part of using the product.

Not medical advice

Farkad is a logging tool, not a medical device, and nothing it shows is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use it to decide whether to take, skip or change a medication. Speak to a qualified professional, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be old enough to consent to health-data processing where you live; where that age is not otherwise set, sixteen.

Subscriptions and billing

The free tier includes a daily capture allowance. Premium is bought on our website — the app opens your browser — and billed through Stripe. It renews automatically for the period you chose and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running. Deleting your account cancels an active subscription immediately, with no refund for the remainder of the period. Where a trial is offered, its length and price are shown before you confirm. Where the app store on your device does not permit us to link out, the app describes Premium and offers no way to buy it.

Acceptable use

Do not record people who have not agreed to be recorded, do not use Farkad to store someone else's health data without their consent, and do not attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits or the security of the service.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will say so before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law permits, Farkad is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for decisions taken on the basis of extracted entries. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
