AI health tracking, in plain words
Say it once. The AI keeps the record.
No wearable, no scanning, no forms. One sentence, in whatever language you think in, becomes 6 kinds of health entry — and every number still shows the sentence it came from.
Notify meWhat it tracks
One sentence can land in several places at once.
Real sentences, and what Farkad reads from them. One sentence stays one entry, however many areas it touches.

How it works
You talk. The AI does the filing.
No wearable, no barcode, no dropdown. One sentence in your own words is the whole interface.
- 1
You say it, or you type it
Say your day the way you would say it to a friend. Mix languages, round your numbers, skip the units.
- 2
The AI reads what you meant
One pass works out which of the 6 areas you touched, the amounts, the units and when it happened.
- 3
A card comes back
Every entry it made, in your own words, with every field editable. Wrong number? Two taps and the totals follow.
- 4
The totals and the patterns
Each day against your goals, and what only shows up over weeks — every number still pointing at the sentence it came from.
Why it works
4 reasons it sticks.
It understands you
Round numbers, slang, half a sentence. The AI reads meaning, not keywords, and works out the amounts.
One button, no forms
Press, speak. Or type. Nothing to search, scan, weigh or wear.
Every language you use
English, French, Arabic, Spanish — in one sentence if that is how you talk.
Patterns you would miss
Weeks of plain sentences become totals and trends, each one still showing the words it came from.

Tell me when it shipsThe awkward questions
Answers we would want before installing.
Where does my voice go, and for how long?
Over TLS to our processor, transcribed, then deleted after 30 days. The transcription happens on our side rather than on your phone, which is what lets it follow you when you switch language mid-sentence.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. One action in the app removes your entries, your recordings and your account.
What if I withdraw AI consent?
Structuring stops and new captures are disabled. Everything you already logged stays readable. Withdrawing is not deleting, and you can turn it back on.
Do I have to phrase things a certain way?
No. Say it the way you would say it to a person. Correcting what it misreads is one tap, and that is how it learns you.
Which languages, and can I mix them?
English, French, Arabic and Spanish — mixed mid-sentence if you like. Switching languages is the normal case here, not an edge case.
Is Farkad a medical device?
No. It is a habit tracker. It does not diagnose or treat, and it gives no medical advice. Talk to a doctor about anything that matters.
